Personal ID thermal barcode wristbands are available in three styles: a secure
snap closure, an adhesive closure, and a unique foam wrap configuration.
Personal ID Secure Snap Patient Wristbands
This design utilizes a nylon snap closure that provides tamperproof security. The
wristband can not be removed without destroying the closure or the wristband itself.
These wristbands are available in a variety of colors so hospitals can use color
coding to designate fall risks, allergies, etc.
Personal ID Secure Snap wristbands are available in both standard and outpatient
configurations for adults, pediatracs and infants.
Personal ID AC Patient Wristbands
This design features a unique pressure-sensitive adhesive closure. The wristband is
easy to apply and can be precision-adjusted for a secure, comfortable fit for a wide
range of wrist sizes. The tamper-evident closure tab is self-aligning, so no
adhesive is exposed to the patient’s skin.
These wristbands can also be color-coded for hospitals to designate fall risks,
allergies, etc.

Personal ID FoamWrap Patient Wristbands
Designed for patients with delicate or frail skin, FoamWrap wristbands are available
in a unique label wraparound configuration, or a “hook and loop” closure designed
for infants and neo-natals. The hook and loop FoamWrap can utilize either a label,
or a flag that can be accesed outside of blankets or clothing.
