Compressed air regulation uses microfilters to prevent contamination, and supporting air, intake air and stroke speeds can all be set to support process reliability. Decompression maintains consistent label application quality.
The SQ 1000 supports a wide range of label sizes: it can apply labels from 1 inch to 6.9 inches wide and 1 inch to 7.8 inches high.
