Just as cab SQUIX label printers are designed for intuitive operation and easy operability in almost every environment or application, the SQUIX SQ 1000 allows your SQUIX label printer to become a cost-effective automatic print and apply labeler in those same environments.
Labels are applied to products or items by means of a stroke cylinder. Configuration is simple; the applicator can be fully set on the printer control panel. Automatic calibration speeds the setup for configuration storage and recall.
Applicator firmware can be updated via the printer control panel or web server, enabling testing of new features and solutions. Labels can be applied at varying locations on a product by indicating different stroke lengths for the cylinder.
Compressed air regulation uses microfilters to prevent contamination, and supporting air, intake air and stroke speeds can all be set to support process reliability. Decompression maintains consistent label application quality.
The SQ 1000 supports a wide range of label sizes: it can apply labels from 1 inch to 6.9 inches wide and 1 inch to 7.8 inches high.
