The Mini-Con BL Pouch and Flat Box Label Applicator is a fully automatic machine that quickly and consistently applies labels to the top surface of pouches, heavyweight bags, and flat boxes.
This unique machine has an exclusive 2-motor feed system for consistent product feeding and labeling, and a large capacity product hopper to allow for high productivity applications. The Mini-Con BL is designed to handle difficult-to-label products such as zip-lock bags and pouches and can handle products up to and exceeding (based upon the product) 13½ inches in length. These properties make the unit ideal for pharmaceutical, medical, food and beverage, and retail.
The Mini-Con BL has digital touch screen control with 5 memory presets, a dwell timer for exact label placement, target counter, and heavy-duty construction for years of reliable service.
Due to the small footprint, this machine can be used as a bench top machine or can be mounted on a specially designed Tach-It table.
To use, an operator simply places a stack of product to be labeled into the hopper of the machine and the automated system will feed the products through the machine and under the label head where the label is applied precisely to the specified location each time.

The BLP utilizes standard desktop thermal label printers made by Zebra, TSC, and GoDEX (not supplied with the machine, but available through General Data or you can use your existing printer).
The Mini-Con BLP has the same functionality, features and benefits as the Mini-Con BL, and is ideal for pharmaceutical, medical, food service, retail, and many other types of labeling applications, even difficult products such as zip lock bags.

MCS-S and MCS-L Tables for Mini-Con Automated Label Applicators
MCS Tables for Mini-Con automated label applicators offer a fully portable method to move label applicators from one application to the next or to integrate Mini-Con machines into a production line.
The MCS-S table is designed for use with the Mini-Con T Top Labeler, the Mini-Con S Side Labeler, the Mini-Con R label applicator for Round Products, the CTL label Applicator and can be used with other Tach-It Label Applicators.
The Mini-Con MCS-L is designed for use with the Mini-Con L, Mini-Con L-80, Mini-Con BL and Mini-Con BLP and other Tach-It large Label Applicators.
Each of the MCS Tables have locking casters for full portability, threaded legs with pivoting feet for stationary applications and the legs are threaded to allow for height adjustment.
These tables also have a closed area underneath with doors for additional storage of labeling supplies or other supplies needed for efficient labeling operations.
