The Mini-Con R Automated Side Label Applicator is a fully automatic machine that labels bottles and round products more economically than a full inline labeling system. This tabletop unit feeds a product on a conveyor through a wipe-on label applicator and applies labels precisely on a product in the desired location each time.
This fully automated applicator is so easy to use, it requires no special operator training or tools for label or product changeovers. The Mini-Con R uses only non-contact sensors for product and labels and features a touch-sensitive display screen with 5 memory presets where all settings are input and viewed. This machine also has a product and target counter and a 4¼ -inch-wide high friction conveyor.
To use, an operator simply places the items to be labeled at one end of the conveyor and it travels along the label head where the label is applied. The product then enters a vertical conveyor, which rotates the bottle against a specially designed platen that adheres the label to the product. The product then exits at the other end of the table.
The Mini-Con R has a small tabletop design and is fully portable, and can be integrated into full production lines, used with feed tables and accumulation tables, or the products can be fed into the machine by an operator.

The Mini-Con R Feed Table is a 39-inch diameter rotating stainless steel table that presents products to the Mini-Con R Label Applicator for labeling. The Feed Table has adjustable height legs, is on casters for portability, and operates at an adjustable speed, with operator-determined speeds of up to 600 inches per minute. The operator loads the products to be labeled onto the table, which rotates at an operator-determined variable speed and presents the products to the conveyor of the Mini-Con R for labeling. The labeled bottles are then presented to the accumulation table and proceed through production as needed. Up to 100 2-inch diameter bottles can be on the feed table at one time.
While perfect for use in the pharmaceutical, medical, cannabis, CBD, vitamin, food and beverage industries, a wide variety of applications can include needs for both feed tables and accumulation tables.
After labeling on the Mini-Con R, the labeled bottles can then be presented to the accumulation table and proceed through the production process as needed. MCS-S and MCS-L Tables for Mini-Con Automated Label Applicators
MCS Tables for Mini-Con automated label applicators offer a fully portable method to move label applicators from one application to the next or to integrate Mini-Con machines into a production line.
The MCS-S table is designed for use with the Mini-Con T Top Labeler, the Mini-Con S Side Labeler, the Mini-Con R label applicator for Round Products, the CTL label Applicator and can be used with other Tach-It Label Applicators.
The Mini-Con MCS-L is designed for use with the Mini-Con L, Mini-Con L-80, Mini-Con BL and Mini-Con BLP and other Tach-It large Label Applicators.
Each of the MCS Tables have locking casters for full portability, threaded legs with pivoting feet for stationary applications and the legs are threaded to allow for height adjustment.
These tables also have a closed area underneath with doors for additional storage of labeling supplies or other supplies needed for efficient labeling operations.
