The Mini-Con TB Automated Top Label Applicator is a fully automatic machine that fulfills the task of applying labels to both the top and bottom of a product far more economically than a full inline labeling system. This tabletop unit feeds a product on a conveyor through top and bottom wipe-on label applicator heads and applies labels precisely on the desired location each time.
This applicator applies a top and bottom label simultaneously, and uses only non-contact sensors for product and labels and features a touch-sensitive display screen with 5 memory presets where all settings are input and viewed.
The Mini-Con TB also has a product and target counter and an 11 ½ -inch-wide, high friction conveyor, making it perfect for use in cannabis, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food service, agricultural products and many other applications. The Mini-Con TB applicator is so easy to use, it requires no special operator training or tools for label or product changeovers.
To use, an operator simply places the item to be labeled at one end of the conveyor and it travels under the label head where the labels are applied, and exits at the other end of the conveyor. If your operation currently has a conveyor, the Mini-Con TB can be integrated into the existing system or the products to be labeled can be fed into the machine by an operator as in the above description.
