The cab XC Q Industrial Two-Color Thermal Label Printer offers two-color thermal transfer printing for GHS-compliant labeling. The GHS maintains stringent requirements for specific elements on containers of hazardous chemicals, including color use in pictograms, hazard statements, and precautionary statements.
The cab XC Q meets these requirements “with flying colors”, and the two-color capability eliminates the need to stock pre-printed labels; allowing on-demand printing of the number of labels needed.
This unique label printer has two print heads and allows heating to be assigned separately to each head. Automated ribbon saving is provided on print head 1; the print head is lifted, and the ribbon is stopped during material feed. If printing only with print head 2, print head 1 is lifted by menu control. The ribbon saver reduces ribbon waste and saves you changeover time and money.
Optimized printing provided by XC Q models allows multiple print jobs to be printed seamlessly, enhancing workflow efficiency. The cab XC Q prints at 300 dpi, in widths as wide as 105.7 mm or 4.16 inches (XC Q4), or 162.6 mm or 6.3 inches (XC Q6.3), with print speeds up to 150 mm or 5.9 inches per second. Both the XC Q4 and XC Q6.3 include cutters as standard and offer a variety of additional options.
