The Mini-Con L Label Applicator is a fully automatic machine that applies a wafer seal or label from the top of a package to the front surface (leading edge) to form an “L” shape. Dimensions of the label or wafer seal can range from ¾” x ¾” up to 1 ¾”W x 4”L.
This closure offers a secure, tamper-evident and attractive seal, and has many applications in almost every industry, but particularly in pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, medical, food service and retail operations.
The Mini-Con L can be used as a hand-fed tabletop machine or installed inline as a part of an integrated packaging system.
Equipped with a touchscreen control panel with 5 memory presets and a target counter, this machine features non-contact technologically advanced controls and label sensors for transparent or opaque labels.
The Mini-Con L has two variable-speed bottom conveyors and variable-speed side hugger belt conveyor to move the product quickly through the label application process and provide the necessary spacing to label each product consistently.
The Mini-Con L can be mounted on the MCS-L table for full portability.

MCS-S and MCS-L Tables for Mini-Con Automated Label Applicators
MCS Tables for Mini-Con automated label applicators offer a fully portable method to move label applicators from one application to the next or to integrate Mini-Con machines into a production line.
The MCS-S table is designed for use with the Mini-Con T Top Labeler, the Mini-Con S Side Labeler, the Mini-Con R label applicator for Round Products, the CTL label Applicator and can be used with other Tach-It Label Applicators.
The Mini-Con MCS-L is designed for use with the Mini-Con L, Mini-Con L-80, Mini-Con BL and Mini-Con BLP and other Tach-It large Label Applicators.
Each of the MCS Tables have locking casters for full portability, threaded legs with pivoting feet for stationary applications and the legs are threaded to allow for height adjustment.
These tables also have a closed area underneath with doors for additional storage of labeling supplies or other supplies needed for efficient labeling operations.
