Easy Full Color Label Printing & Application for Conveyors

The General Data PAC10 On-Demand Full Color Print and Apply Label Applicator is a customizable label printing and application solution designed for conveyors and automated environments. The PAC10 Print and Apply Applicator combines full-color label printing and label application in a single unit; saving space while allowing easier control over variable or customizable data on packaging or containers.

As the conveyor is moving, the PAC10 detects the package or container as the Epson C6000P is printing a full-color label. The PAC10 peels the printed label, feeds the label to the tamp pad, and applies the label to the product. When the label is applied, the PAC10 retracts the tamps and the cycle repeats. The PAC10 has the unique capability of being able to detect randomly sized or shaped cartons, packaging or containers, and can print different labels on each, enabling accurate label placement and workflow efficiency.

The PAC10 also offers advanced PLC and I/O, as well as USB, Ethernet, Serial, and WiFi connectivity options.
